A Church On Every Street

The mission of Children of Light Christian Fellowship (CLCF) is to seek out people, bring them to Jesus Christ, and equip them to shine brightly as lights in the world.

At CLCF, we long for the residents of the Pioneer Valley of western Massachusetts to see and walk in the great light of our Lord Jesus Christ.

“The people dwelling in darkness have seen a great light, and for those dwelling in the region and shadow of death, on them a light has dawned” (Matthew 4:16).

Our vision is to see the entire Pioneer Valley alight with the marvelous light of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Light of the world. The Light of Christ reveals the way to God and restores people to friendly relations with God. A Christian is called to shine the light of Christ in the world as a witness for God. Two Christians working together in agreement will shine even brighter. We don’t want to see a few scattered lights in the Pioneer Valley. On the contrary, we see a fusion of Christian lights shining in greater brightness as individual lights are multiplied and darkness is increasingly repelled. As a growing community, CLCF will labor, in the power of the Holy Spirit, to display and declare the Good News of Jesus Christ to all the residents in Pioneer Valley and beyond.  Through good works, we will lovingly pursue and serve the residents of Pioneer Valley with the compassion that we have received from Jesus Christ.

The Good News of Jesus Christ is the power of God to save lives from sin and the power of Satan while giving humanity abundant life. The light of this Good News changes the course of a person’s life and destiny. A transformed person extends the compassion and grace they have received to another person resulting in a chain reaction which abundantly uplifts and brightens up entire communities – spiritually, socially, and economically. Therefore, working together with God, we will bring hope to the hopeless; liberty and justice for the oppressed; abundant peace, rest, and joy for those who are tired and burnt out by life’s difficulties. We will labor to build up people in community, help them grow in Christian maturity and find meaning in life.

Our vision is to see the entire Pioneer Valley alight with the marvelous light of Jesus Christ. 

Let us imagine, together, how great a transformation we will see in the Pioneer Valley with 10,000 churches, small groups, and other Christian ministries shining brightly and working together in one accord to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ! Towards this goal, we will be praying and laboring in partnership with others to see 10,000 new or revitalized churches, small groups, and Christian ministries multiplied on every street across the Pioneer Valley to bring hope and renewal to the people and glory to God.

Now is the time! The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.
